Doesn't Ella look gorgeous in her new Tutu and FuzzyBuns? I just love playing dress up with my baby girl. I ordered this tutu online for her 3 month pictures and I just thought those FuzzyBuns were just to cute! The tutu fits fine, however the FuzzyBuns are a little tight around the waist. Apparently, Ella is a little thick around the middle! And her outfit just wouldn't be complete without a "rainbow" on her head!! Dear Ella of the Future: Please don't hate me for this:)

Yesterday Kyler got a couple sheets of Bob The Builder stickers from one of the teachers at Mom's Day Out. I had set them on the table and sort of forgot about them. Kyler found them this morning and no matter how hard I tried to talk him into putting the stickers on a piece of paper he insisted that they looked better on his shirt. After playing outside all day and taking a nap, only one lonely sticker remained:(

Kyler is always saying the funniest things. I want to keep track of them so I think from now on I am going to blog them. I want to be able to look back and laugh at all the funny things he says.
*Yesterday we had to go pick up Cody, and I told Kyler we had to go pick up Daddy, and Kyler looks at me and says, "Daddy fell down? We have to pick him up." I didn't think about him taking it that way.
*Yesterday I fell, and I accidentally said the "sh" word, guess what Kyler walked around saying all day! Oops!
*When Ella is crying, Kyler likes to pat her tummy and say, "It's ok Ella, it's ok." Sometimes he does this when she is sleeping also!
*One day I was cooking dinner, and Kyler started throwing a fit about something, and I said, "Oh, Kyler you're fine." He looked at me and got all serious and said, "I not fine, mommy."
*When we do Kyler's breathing treatments we go through all the animal sounds to get him to take some deep breaths. Sometimes I ask him what mommy says, usually he says, "No" or "No more balls." Today he said, "I love you." That's right K, that is what mommy says:)
*If you ask Kyler what daddy does he will tell you that, "Daddy makes the money." However, if you ask him what mommy does he will tell you that, "Mommy spend the money." In my defense, I spend the money on him and Ella!
*Cody and I really try to give Kyler lots of positive reinforcement. Apparently, it is working because now when he does a good job we don't even have to say anything because Kyler starts clapping and says, "Good job, Kyler" or "Great job, Kyler" or "Way to go, Kyler." That sure makes my job easier!
*This morning I tried to put a bow on Ella's head and Kyler said, "No rainbows on Ella head mommy."
*On Sunday I was getting ready for church and Kyler saw me in a dress, makeup, and my hair done and he said, "Oh, mama pretty." I must usually look pretty bad.
For some reason I can't get this to space out correctly, sorry it's so hard to read.

Heck no it's not me. Are you insane??! It's my little sister, Jacki, and her husband, Chris. Jacki is due with their first baby around September 24th and I couldn't be more excited. Kyler and Ella are very excited to have a new cousin to play with. I just wish we lived closer to them so they could play together more often.

For Easter weekend we headed to my folks house in Carbondale (yes, that is in KS). The kids were already there so Cody and I had a nice quiet ride. On Saturday we just hung out at mom and dad's house and watched basketball ALL DAY! Don't get me wrong, I like KU and K-State, but I think I have had my fill of basketball for the whole year! And we've only hit the Sweet Sixteen!
On Sunday, Kyler woke up and found out that the Easter Bunny had come to visit him and Ella. Kyler got an Easter Basket with a ball, Lightning McQueen PJ's and a book. Ella got a Precious Moments doll, PJ's, and a book. Then we went to church and then headed to my Grandparents house for lunch and an Easter Egg Hunt. Lucky for Kyler, he is the only little one, other then Ella, so he got all the eggs for himself! To bad mommy doesn't let him eat candy very often!

Look at me mommy, I can suck my thumb and pat my head at the same time. Now if I could just get someone to rub my tummy I would be set!
Who needs a binkie when you have a wonderful and tasty thumb at your disposable any time you want it! No matter how hard we have tried to get Ella to take a binkie she will not do it. She keeps it in her mouth for a few seconds and then out it goes. I have bought every different binkie out there and she will not take a one. Well, apparently that's ok now because she has found her thumb. When she takes a nap she sucks on her thumb so loud that I can hear her in the living room. This is probably going to come back and bite me because I can't take the thumb away, but at least it won't ever get lost!
